I charge by the hour for services rendered. Fill out the estimate form and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will need half down for supplies and material. Then on completion I will email you a picture of the finished product. Upon your satisfaction the remaining balance will be paid, and then the piece shipped .
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your custom wood burning, you will be refunded the second half of the amount paid, and return the art back to me. I cannot afford to refund the first part of the amount paid, due to the fact that it went to supplies and material. You have 30 days to claim a refund upon the date of receiving the item.
Upon accepting me to complete your order you agree to allow me to post your completed work on my website, and any other place needed. If you would like to purchase something on my display. I will make you a replica of that piece and ship it to you. If you have any Questions feel free to email or call me during business hours.
