Q- How do I know I am not paying too much for this type of work ? 
A- You can research Pyrography. You will see a range of prices for portraits.
     some for 35 and some for 500. The first,  is either bad quality, mass produced item or  machine produced. The second, is ​​good or high quality hand crafted work. But, as you can see who can afford to pay 500 for one portrait?  My estimate is around 100 to 125 a portrait with the same quality.

Q- ​​How do I know I will Love my custom piece when I get it ? 
A- I have 100 % satisfaction guarantee return policy within 30 days. Please refer to     Terms and Conditions. ​

Q- How much is shipping ?
A- Shipping is based usually on weight and size, But I do try to save you money by using flat rate shipping when I can.

Q- How is my custom work protected over time?
A- I apply protective layers of polyurethane and stain on it to protect your art from the sun and time.​​​​​​

Q- If i buy more than one, Do I get a discount? I have more than one child and want them both done. 
A- Yes, the first portrait is at regular price Each additional one is at 25% off if ordered at the same time.

Q- Will my art work be displayed on this website?
A- Yes, and local galleries to promote productivity.

Q- Do I have to pay anything out of my pocket before I get my art work?
A- Yes, I require 50% up front for supplies and materials, and the other 50% due before shipment.​​​​​​

Q- What is Pyrography ? And how is it done ?
A- Wood burning's proper name is Pyrography, "Greek" which means " fire writing." The process takes a lot of patience and attention to detail. Along with knowing what types of woods to use. 
There is also many different tips to select depending on what detail to be done.
